CARTERS LAKE BOAT DOCKS
We offer in water storage for all sizes of boats, from
small pleasure craft to large houseboats. Covered and uncovered docks are
available, most with power and water. We offer a self service pump out
station, on-water gas sales and convenience store. We are open every day
in the summer, please call ahead in the winter as our hours vary. From
Memorial Day to Labor Day we have hambugers and hot dogs in our snack bar,
open on weekends and holidays.
Please call for rates and availability. All dock leases
are for 12 months only.
We also offer yard storage for a minimum of 3 months.
Uncovered - 10ft x 20ft - Single Slips
Uncovered - 18ft x 50ft - Houseboat Slips
Covered - 12ft x 24ft - Single Slips
Covered - 12ft x 30ft - Single Slips
Covered - 18ft x 50ft - Houseboat Slips
PAYMENT SCHEDULES
All leases renew April 1st each year.
12 month lease
2 months deposit plus first months rent
3 months charges billed each quarter
1st quarterly billing one month after start
Deposit used for final 2 months of lease
DISCOUNT $50 discount for 12 months paid in advance
POWER Available on C, E, F & G docks only
