with a choice to fit every budget and need. 4 Luxury Cabins which are newer and more modern with great lake and mountain views. 6 Family Cabins which are older and more rustic but they also have great views.

Luxury Lake View Cabins
The newer cabins are next to the lake and have great views of Carters Lake. Enjoy the fabulous lake view, combined with scenic mountains. The cabins overlook the lake but it is a steep walk to the lake because of the mountainous terrain.
Each cabin features:

FAMILY CABINS
There are two styles of family cabins available: Lakeside cabins which are a square log cabin with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed plus a futon in the living room .
Lakeview cabins which are octagonal style cabins with 2 bedrooms, each with a full bed and a loft with 2 twin beds .
These cabins are more rustic than the newer cabins but are very clean and comfortable with the same amenities.
Both styles sleep up to 6 people, including children. and offer fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living area with TV plus 1 bathroom. The TV reception is from antennae only and not very clear due to the mountains around us. All cabins have flat screen TV's with connections for DVD's, games etc. DVD's not provided but available on request.
Linens and towels are provided. They both have a charcoal grill outside, picnic bench and 2 rocking chairs on the porch.
Family Lakeside log cabins, Pictured below are next to the lake with beautiful views. Have 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed. Plus a sofa bed or futon in the living room. They have a wood burning stove, electric heater in each room, window air conditioner. They directly overlook the lake but it is a steep walk to the lake because of the mountainous terrain.
FamIly LakeView octagonal cabins pictured below have 2 bedrooms each with 1 full size bed, plus a loft with 2 twin beds. They are not right next to the lake but still have nice lake views. No fireplace. Electric heater in each room, window stlye a/c unit.
The rates for both styles of family cabins are the same, some families prefer the loft for the extra sleeping space, others prefer to be closer to the water -you decide!
RATES FOR THE FAMILY CABINS ARE THE SAME FOR UP TO SIX PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN. NO MORE THAN SIX IN A CABIN AT ANY TIME PLEASE, EVEN IF THEY DO NOT SPEND THE NIGHT. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.

GENERAL POLICIES
SECURITY DEPOSITS $150 security deposits are required on all accomodations at time of check-in, refunded within 7 days of departure.
CHECK-IN 4.00 p.m. CHECK-OUT 11.00 a.m. Please notify the marina if you will be checking in after 6.00 p.m. or checking out before 10.00 a.m. Early check in or late check out are available but cannot be guaranteed in advance. Early check in at noon is $20 for a cabin Late check out at 3.00 p.m. is $20 for a cabin
BOAT DOCKS You are welcome to bring your boat and dock it in an uncovered slip for no charge whilst you are our guest. The boat cannot be taken to the cabins due to narrow roads and limited parking. We have a parking area for the trailers. The boat may be stored on the trailer in the parking area or left in a dock when not in use. There is no public ramp at the marina but the closest public ramp is just next to the marina. $4 charge. These are double, uncovered slips so be sure to bring ropes and bumpers to tie to one side. Please bring a lock for your trailer, you will be asked to sign a release of liability. No charge for one boat per cabin or room, extra boats or jet skis are $ 20.00 per night.
Covered dock, when available, are $20 per night extra
HOUSEKEEPING Accomodations are cleaned between guests but not during your stay. Clean towels and linens can be exchanged at the marina during opening hours.
RESERVATION DEPOSITS First night's rental payable at time of reservation. Holiday weekends are paid in full at time of reservation. Cash or credit card only, no checks accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY 15 days or more, deposit refunded less $25 service charge. 15 days or less, no refund. Holidays weekends, 30 day advance to cancel.
PETS ARE ALLOWED IN PET FRIENDLY CABINS ONLY, restrictions apply, please see pet policy or call for details. If pets are brought without prior arrangement then security deposit of $150 will not be refunded.
NO OUTSIDE FIRES except indesignated areas, please let us know first if you plan to have a fire.
